Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Grayson Digital Services Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202616725H, 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422) handles personal data collected through grayson.sg and in the course of our work, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Contact details you submit through the site: your email address when you request the research report, and your name, email and any notes you provide when you book a call through the embedded Calendly scheduler.
Correspondence: emails, messages and documents exchanged during an enquiry or engagement.
Billing details needed to invoice you: company name, billing address and contact. Card details go directly to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
Standard server logs kept by our hosting infrastructure: IP address, browser type and pages requested.

2. How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, send you the report you asked for, schedule and hold calls, deliver engagements, invoice and collect payment, and keep normal business records. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: form relay (FormSubmit), scheduling (Calendly), payment processing, email and document tools, and our hosting provider. Some providers process data outside Singapore; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We disclose personal data beyond this only where the law requires it.

4. Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party services such as Calendly and Google Fonts may set their own cookies or receive technical data when they load; their privacy policies govern that processing.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as Singapore law requires for business and tax records, then delete it.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to our continued use of it. Write to chris@grayson.sg and we will respond within 30 days.
